Masters of Jurisprudence Global Food Law

Greetings,
My career in food began in 2006, while I was going to school for my Associate's degree as a paralegal. For the next 14 years, I worked for the same company, moving up to HACCP Coordinator in 2008, adding PCQI in 2016, and SQF Practitioner in 2018. I had the chance to really broaden my knowledge while I was there. I set up a lot coding system that allowed me to quickly and efficiently trace the product(s) in recall simulations.
My legal training results in me frequently asking questions or researching to ensure that I both understand what is going on and that all aspects have been addressed in a situation. I am frequently the lead during audits, and take pride in organizing documentation to allow for quick recovery when auditors ask for specific items.
I enjoy attend training classes, and have spent the years since 2005 (off and on) going to school and working full-time, as I enjoy learning new things. I completed my Bachelor's in 2019 and received my Masters in Global Food Law from Michigan State University in 2023.
I'm always interested in learning and furthering my knowledge in the food industry.
